Well correct answer is C) Farhan..Now if you got it right..go back this blog is not for you...if not then find out why...ya its MAGIC.......

Hey after a series of sarcasms...I am going to talk magic...Yes Idiot Now I am into supernatural a bit.
Today, I got the idea to write this blog when one of my fellow bloggers glorified 3 idiots. I got amazed that wow even i saw the movie...Was it magical( I asked myself..???) ...Hey Hirani make it 3d also...so 3d 3 idiots..now sounds magical...Isn't it...?
All izz well has been sighted as the second nation mantra( first being Jai Ho!) . But does that really hold with the view of the thematic logic applied at the back of the celluloid screen patterns.
All is not well in the movie. The movie is nothing but a glitch in the mind of idiot youngsters (16-18 age group students ) especially that they can excel in the field they like.
Moreover it had a lot of Idiot's appeal....
1) lots of suicides.....a) lobo(the boy whose plane flew later) b) kareena's bro c) Raju's attempt to suicide
2) Interview scene ....good on secreen and that is all ..lotzz of frankness i hope does not works...or does it..?
3)Proving that when parents are expecting frm you ..they should not....
Some questions for Idiots...(Your answer may differ ...Variety is spice of life ..Idiots....)
a) Can everybody have talent like Farhaan..answer is presumptuously NO ..so what else middle class parents think.. and moreover if he was always into photography..how come he was able to get selected in top 200 and if he got selected , then his parents have a destiny granted right to have their expectation in the same field .
b) Can everybody be so lucky like Raju to get recruiters who do not see ur CGPA's b jst ur honesty..i again presume NO. (please send them to all campuses..!!!)
Now Idiots...there are various learnings from the movie....
a) Be an allrounder like Farhan...Yes he was the hero of this movie....only he was an allrounder in the movie. Its been proved that he secured admission to the most prestigious college of the nation while managing his skills as a world class photographer.
Even Phoongsook wangchu was not an allrounder ...he did only machines for his whole life and Raju and Chatur needs no mention.
b) ask your Dean or VC to call companies whose eligibility criteria says
" In the time of recession what we need is not CGPA but Honesty...."
c) Don't be an idiot and go rush....!!! make freinds like Rancho.....
Well all izz welll.....so..... Now every kid will be shining..everybody will be a celebrity..either with a good job or photographer or even scientist.. because now parents being afraid of consequences will lead children to do what they want to and if not given the chance..u better know... the outcomes..
Hey even im feeling that all is well..I am feeling relaxed...I can be what i want to be..I just want to be blogger...all is welll..all is welll.....
But a sudden jerk....i heard a tune playing..what's that......
Wake up Sid!!!oh....
Now I am no more an idiot I am Sid and Sid has woke up...(from the song) and Sid feels that ..this movies has done nothing except showing that burden causes a person to suicide....
This movie has killed the spirit of fighting .... spirit of the true warrior..
these lines are all gone .....

ReplyDeleteThe first thing goes through the supposed to be said hero of the movie...none else than Rancho. Itz bcoz,....only after Farhan and Raju run with chaos to find their gud old friend Rancho....the story begins. Itz Rancho, who brings out the real photographer from Farhan, the simple humanism out of the mentor Viru(Boman Irani) and the true spirit out of Raju. Rancho was tossed between each charectors in the story to bring the right essence of the film. So it can be considered that Rancho could be opted for the title "hero of the movie".
The next part is through the other idealisms shown in the movie. For eg., the interview scene. Any major company while recruiting looks out for the technical aspects of an employee without denying the fact that the person, should be outspoken, courageous and confident of what he truly deserves. Being into the interview panel of my company for quiet some time, i have been always expecting all these things from any person whom i had come across. only very few succeed as gladiators on these pitch. And that was clearly etched in this movie without any flaw. Applauses to the script !!
Most of our engineers come from from a moderate and middle class family, who always expect their kid to be the best, in the fear of losing his future amidst the fellow long run racer engineers. So its obvious to accept how a middle class parent groans on his son's future. But when Farhan was ably weaving his dreams on his words to them, they do get ready to run with with him on his career run. This reality happens each and every next door. Cheers again to the concept !!
Finally... the concept of the movie strongly bends towards the choice of every youngster to choose their own destiny/career, whatever it may be. And also the way you make others understand why your line of choice has been always that what you have dreamt. Blogging on this can bring on various perceptions but as you have said, the mantra "All is Well" has made u as a blogger for atleast quiet some time, which you had always wanted to be. Catch the difference here...and its bcoz u accept this point, you were ale to blog and even I was able to comment on it....juz as simple as it can be reffered to a best example.
May be sometimes..films can be considered to be more filmy and commercial but certainly somewhere you get pricked by a small scene on the film. Success of films are borm from there and not mere running numbers on the theatres.
Happy Blogging...and ofcourse no criminal intentions of offending your crticism....the journey continues !!

But none of your points were able to nullify the everlasting effect 3 idiots left on me.
Its not a movie which simply talks about our education system and its pitfalls ,its about how simple things can educe happiness in everone's life.
If you think this movie has "lots of suicides"..u are absolutely mistaken lady..because this is what
is actually happening...Students succumbing to pressure is an everyday phenomenon.
In India academic excellence is the only sign to prove a person's worth.Even today people opting for science are considered superior to those opting for arts.There is a lot of hullabaloo involved at the time of declaration of results...be it 10th or 12th and our newspapers are flooded with news
of children commiting suicides.Don't you think its all because of stress,confusion and pressure??
This movie tries to orient you in a direction your inner conscience motivates you to.
If you think Farhan was the hero of this movie you are neglecting the credentials Rancho put to encourage his friends.He was like a pivot for his friends and a person like Rancho should always be idolised.
Being a hero does not necessarily mean that u need to have all the extraordinary and remarkable qualities it does not mean that you should have uncomparable human calibre,it means that you should have honesty towards every relation..it means you should have the power to create an aura of positivity..
it means you should be bold enough to face the consequences...and a lot more :)
Finally coming to the nuances of this movie..I wont say that the concept of this movie was pristine..but the way it was presented definitely left an impression on the mind of its viewers.
So, its better you ride on the waves of AAL IZ WELL or you will have to face the worst of my criticisms...ha ha
